How long does shipping take?
Generally, it takes 2-3 days after payment is received, meaning once the payment is marked as “paid,” until your package arrives at your location.
Do you offer returns?
Swiss law applies to us, meaning there is no 14-day right of withdrawal. We do not accept opened products returned without reason due to our hygiene regulations.
