How long does shipping take?
In general, it takes 2-3 days after payment confirmation, which means that as soon as the payment is considered "paid", your package will arrive at your address.
Do you offer returns?
According to Swiss law, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal. We do not accept opened products that are returned for no reason, based on our hygiene regulations.
Your perfume arrived damaged at your address?
If there is a problem, such as an expired scent or a broken sprayer, we accept unopened(!) products. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs. Send the perfume to the following return address:

Do you want to return something because you made a wrong order?
In this case, we will not cover the shipping costs. Once we receive the perfumes, we will check them. If we find that the perfume has already been opened, no refund will be issued. If you want to get the perfume back, we will not cover the shipping costs.
Generally, the refund only occurs after we have received the package with the return and checked it. There is no return label. Simply send a package to the following address:

Do you offer fragrance samples?

If you want to know if we have a specific fragrance in stock, simply go to the search field on our website and enter the fragrance you are looking for. Pay attention to the correct spelling. If you find it, we have it in our stock, if not, then we do not have it (yet).
What are the ingredients of your oil?
They contain natural, pure, and high-quality essences that we have tested. In addition, we only use authentic and high-quality Oud.
Is Kazaar cruelty-free?
We are strictly against animal testing. Our fragrances are 100% vegan products. We care as much about animal protection as we do about environmental protection.
