How long does shipping take?
Typically, it takes 2-3 days after payment receipt, meaning once the payment is marked as “paid,” until your package arrives.
Do you offer returns?
Swiss law applies to us, which means there is no 14-day right of withdrawal. We do not accept opened products returned without reason due to our hygiene regulations.
Your perfume arrived broken?
If there is an issue, such as a leaked fragrance or a broken sprayer, we accept unopened (!) products. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs. Please send the fragrance to the following return address:

Would you like to return something because you placed an incorrect order?
In this case, we do not cover the shipping costs. Once we have received the fragrances, they will be inspected. If we find that the fragrance has been opened, no refund will be issued. If you then want the fragrance back, we do not cover the shipping costs.
Generally, the refund will only occur once we have received and inspected the package with the return. There is no return label. Simply drop off a package at the post office to the following address:

Are there fragrance samples?

If you would like to know whether we have a particular fragrance in our selection, simply go to the search field on our website and enter your desired scent. Please pay attention to the correct spelling. If you find it, we have it in our assortment; if not, then we do not (yet) have it.
What are the ingredients of your oil?
Included are natural, pure, and high-quality essences that have been tested by us. Additionally, we use only authentic and high-quality oud.
Is Kazaar cruelty-free?
We at Kazaar are strictly against animal testing. Our fragrances are 100% vegan products. The protection of animals is just as important to us as the protection of the environment.
