Why are your fragrances so affordable?
We focus on the fragrance content. No luxurious bottle, no special packaging, no expensive stores & no costly influencer deals allow you to smell luxurious without breaking the budget.
How long do your fragrances last?
With our high concentration of 20%, your KAZAAR fragrance can be detected on the skin for up to 12 hours. Some fragrances last longer, while others shorter. This also depends on your skin type. One thing is guaranteed: KAZAAR fragrances smell more luxurious than standard fragrances from the drugstore.
How long does shipping take?
Typically, it takes 2-3 days after payment receipt, meaning when the payment is considered “paid,” until your package arrives.
Do you offer returns?
Swiss law applies, which means there is no 14-day right of withdrawal. We do not accept opened products that are returned without justification due to our hygiene regulations.
What if I don't like the scent?
You can also order one of our tester kits. This allows you to test 5 different fragrances, each 2ml.
