Why are your scents so cheap?
We focus on the fragrance content. No luxurious bottle, no special packaging, no expensive stores & no expensive influencer deals allow you to smell luxurious without breaking the budget.
How long do your scents last?
Due to our high concentration of 20%, you can smell your KAZAAR scent on your skin for up to 12 hours. Some scents last longer, some shorter. This also depends on your skin type. One thing is guaranteed: KAZAAR scents smell more luxurious than standard scents from the pharmacy.
How long does shipping take?
In general, it takes 2-3 days after payment confirmation, which means when the payment is considered "paid", until your package arrives at your door.
Do you offer returns?
At our store, we adhere to Swiss law, which means there is no 14-day right of withdrawal. We do not accept opened products that are returned without a legitimate reason.
What if I don't like the scent?
You can also order one of our tester kits. This way, you can test 5 different scents for 2ml each.
