Why are your fragrances so affordable?
We focus on the fragrance content. No luxurious bottle, no special packaging, no expensive stores & no costly influencer deals allow you to smell luxurious without breaking the budget.
How long do your fragrances last?
Due to our high concentration of 20%, your KAZAAR fragrance can be detected on the skin for up to 12 hours. Some scents last longer, while others not as long. This also depends on your skin type. One thing is guaranteed: KAZAAR fragrances smell more luxurious than standard fragrances from the drugstore.
How long does shipping take?
Typically, it takes 2-3 days after receipt of payment, meaning once the payment is considered "paid," until your package reaches you.
Do you offer returns?
Swiss law applies to us, which means there is no 14-day right of withdrawal. Due to our hygiene regulations, we do not accept opened products that are returned without reason.
What if I do not like the scent?
You can also order one of our tester kits. With this, you can test 5 different fragrances, each 2ml.
