Refund policy
Due to our hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of used or opened fragrances. Contaminated, used, opened, or damaged items will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the sender. The cost of return shipping and the risk of loss or damage to our returns department are the responsibility of the buyer in any case.
Any additional costs resulting from a customer providing an incorrect address, even if it's due to minor details like missing or incorrect additional address information, will not be reimbursed or covered by Kazaar, irrespective of the situation or circumstances.
Cancellations cannot be guaranteed as Kazaar operates with an automated logistics system. Once your package has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Kazaar reserves the right to request evidence in case of damage to verify the condition of the affected goods. If such evidence cannot be provided, we will not be liable for the damage.
