How long does shipping take?
Typically, it takes 2-3 days after payment has been received, meaning once the payment is considered "paid", until your package arrives.
Do you offer returns?
Swiss law applies to us, which means that there is no 14-day right of withdrawal. We do not accept opened products returned without justification due to our hygiene regulations.
